Food Journal #18

Breakfast: PB & J Oatmeal (basically oatmeal with some peanut butter stirred in and blueberries on top). Green tea.

Snack: Handful of Japanese Wheat Crackers.

Lunch: Spinach salad with marinated cauliflower, red onions, and tomatoes. A few cucumber sticks and hummus.

Snack: Kashi Crunchy Chocolate Peanut bar

Dinner: Shrimp fried rice; ground turkey with mushrooms; prawns; and green onion beef.

Dessert: Fresh pineapple (my favorite)
