Food Journal #19

Breakfast: Half a lentil bolani with mozzarella melted on top. I love cheese so it makes anything tastes so much better. Green tea.

Snack: Activia Light Peach yogurt. One Werther's Original candy.

Lunch: Spinach with green onion beef, prawns, and ground turkey with mushrooms. Cucumber sticks with hummus.

Snack: Fuji apple with peanut butter

Dinner: Chinese choy, ground turkey, some salmon. Some fresh pineapple.

Dessert: A bowl of kettle corn; a smores bowl (some graham crackers, marshmallow and chocolate warmed in a microwave; basically a lazy girl's smore). This is what happens when I come home from the gym late. I want to eat everything and anything. Maybe I shouldn't work out. Haha.
