Food Journal #27

See when I stop writing down what I eat, I gain 6 pounds. No joke. So I'm back on it and I'm doing the Southbeach diet once again. I gotta get ready for summer.

Breakfast: 2 mini veggie quiches; green tea.

Snack: Activia Light Strawberry Banana yogurt; water.

Lunch: 1/2 Shrimp Louie salad.

Snack: Carrot sticks with my homemade hummus. So bomb.

Dinner: Chinese veggies with ground turkey; fishballs and baby octopus. It was delish. But I was still hungry.

Dessert: Handful of nuts; Activia Light Peach yogurt. See I was still hungry.
