Food Journal #28

Breakfast: 2 mini veggie quiches; decaf coffee with sugar free creamer.

Snack: 1 Mozzarella Cheese String; 1 mini V-8.

Lunch: Small portion of sauteed boychoy with ground pork; Activia Light Strawberry Banana yogurt.

Snack: Green apple with peanut butter. I'm not supposed to eat fruit in Phase 1 of Southbeach but I needed some fruit. I was dying.

Dinner: 1 margarita, some carne asada nachos from La Pinata. I broke down and ate carbs. =\ Oh well, it was worth it! Hahaha. 3 pieces of shrimp when I came home. I needed more protein.
