This was from last Friday.
Breakfast: 2 veggie quiches. Coffee with sugarfree creamer. I totally ignored the yummy looking scones in the break room. Gold star.
Snack: Light vanilla yogurt with half a banana sliced.
Lunch: Spinach salad with tomatoes, red onions, turkey, and avocado. 2 tiny pieces of my faux bread (Made with flax meal. Recipe here.) The other half of the banana with a little peanut butter. I had a big lunch today.
Snack: Sprinkles cupcake! 1/2 Red Velvet, 1/4 Pumpkin, 1/4 Vanilla. I feel sick now. Their frosting is really too much.
Dinner: Wingstop. Haha. My mom loves wings so I had to introduce her to the genius that is Wingstop. Lemon Pepper all the way.
