Cooking Time

I've been feeling like cooking so tonight I gave my mom a night off and made Honey Chicken with Roasted Sweet Potato Salad and haricot verts. My dad paired it with this really good Argentinian white wine.

I was going to make a blueberry tart but I'll save that for tomorrow. Dinner was too filling so I kept it simple with Vanilla Bean and Green Tea ice cream with chocolate sauce and amaretto cookies.
