Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

So I had a sudden influx of peanut butter and decided to make some cookies. Well I love eating peanut butter and banana together so this cookie sounded so awesome. I feel terrible that I forgot where I got the recipe from. I've been searching for it but I can't find it. Darn. These were so good. The banana was really subtle and the peanut butter wasn't too overbearing because the peanut butter I used wasn't loaded with salt or sugar.

I tweaked the recipe I had a little.

1 banana, mashed
1/2 cup creamy organic peanut butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp sald
1 1/2 unbleached flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional, but absolutely necessary)
1 tablespoon milk

In a medium bowl, combine banana, peanut butter, and sugars.
Add baking powder and salt. Stir.
Add flour in 3/4 increments, stirring after each addition.
Stir in milk.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Drop spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Flatten with fingers, spatula, whatever you have on hand. Beware, this is sticky cookie dough.
Bake at 375 for 11-13 minutes.
