Food Journal #11

Breakfast: Vanilla yogurt with granola

Snack: String cheese with mini V-8

Lunch: Spinach salad with red peppers, red onions, and boiled egg. 1/4 of a Lentil Bolani (I got it at the Farmer's Market) with Roasted Garlic Hummus. Nomsies.

Snack: Bailey's filled chocolate (why they are at work in our breakroom, I have no idea). Gala apple with peanut butter.

Dinner: Chinese choy; ground turkey with tofu, scrambled eggs with shrimp

Dessert: A little bit of mango
