Food Journal #13

Breakfast: Peach, banana, and blueberry smoothie. Coffee with Splenda and fat free milk.

Snack: Handful of raw almonds and a tangerine

Lunch: Slice of lentil bolani with hummus (I know, it's getting repetitive). Spinach salad with chicken, roasted cauliflower, red peppers, red onions, and tomatoes.

Snack: Carrots with hummus. Baileys chocolate (I know, weak).

Dinner: Bok choy with Korean-style fish (my Mom got it at the Korean market) and shrimp with green onions.
