Food Journal #6

Breakfast: Cheese Croissant. I know, i know. So bad but it was only $.59 at Safeway! What a steal!

Snack: Apple with peanut butter

Lunch: Homemade lentil soup with saltine crackers, 1/2 a chocolate chunk cookie from Specialty's (so good and so worth the extra exercise)

Snack: 6 pieces of kimbap, 1/3 of a Kashi Crunchy bar

Dinner: Salmon, ground turkey and choy, brown rice

Dessert: Homemade blueberry and peach smoothie
