Food Journal #7

Breakfast: Grande Skinny Carmel Macchiato, it's my signature drink at Starbucks. Homemade yogurt parfait with blueberries and granola

Snack: Half a Kashi Crunchy Chocolate Peanut granola bar. Half of a apple bran muffin from Starbucks (super dry, I can defs make a better one)

Lunch: Spinach salad with salmon, avocado, and sauteed red onions and zucchini. 4 saltine crackers.

Snack: The other half of my apple bran muffin. Banana with peanut butter.

Dinner: Barbecue pork spareribs, orange chicken, steamed asparagus, and white rice.
